Managing your subscription

Subscribed in the app? In-app subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and select Orlyn. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the end of the current period stops the next charge, and you keep access until the period ends. There are no stakes, wagers, or charges beyond the subscription.

Subscribed on orlyn.ai?

Subscriptions bought on this website are billed by Stripe and will not appear in your Apple ID settings. Cancel them, no login needed, on our cancellation page, or email us at support@orlyn.ai. Either way, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your sober streak and check-ins

Your streak counts the time since the last drink you logged. If a day looks wrong, open the app and check in, or adjust your start date from Settings → Streak. Any streak freezes you have earned are applied automatically to cover an isolated missed check-in. If something still looks off, email us with the date in question and we will look into it.

The AI coach, and when to get real help

Orlyn's coach offers 24/7 support and encouragement. It is not a doctor, a therapist, or a crisis service, and it does not give medical advice. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right now. Alcohol withdrawal can be medically serious; if you drink heavily and want to stop, please talk to a clinician about doing it safely.

Privacy, data, and deleting your account

The leaderboard is pseudonymous, and your data is yours. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion starts a 30-day grace period, after which your personal data is permanently removed.
